It allows for whole genome sequencing, also for SARS-CoV-2 and its mutations and variants. 9 different virus types and its 39 strains of clinically significant and prevalent respiratory viruses can be tested simultaneous.

African Swine-Fever Virus Panel

The African Swine-Fever Virus Panel is designed to identify 26 strains of genotype II virus, in just a single run. Although there is no effective treatment for this disease, the panel can identify the cause and route of the infection.

The panel contains swine-specific blocking reagents, which effectively filters out repetitive sequences. This allows for selective retrieval of African Swine-fever virus sequences. Highly accurate results are obtained, even with blood samples, which are more challenging, due to low viral load.
