Nexterion® Glass B is highly chemical resistant borosilicate glass, exceeding the chemical resistance of almost all other glass-types. It is produced by the float method and has a low thermal expansion. In addition the autofluorescence is especially low in the range of the Cy3 and Cy5 excitation wavelengths of 551 nm and 648 nm.
