Nexterion® Slide A+ is especially suited for efficient immobilization of PCR products and cDNA molecules. The density of the amino-groups on the surface is consistent over the entire surface of the slide and is adjusted to yield optimal binding capacity. The slide is compatible with common aminosilane slide protocols.

Furthermore, Nexterion® Slide A+ is an ideal slide for customers intending to switch from working with cDNA molecules and/or PCR products to longer oligonucleotides (size ≥ 50 mer) without the need to change the surface chemistry or their established protocols and processes. Therefore the slide allows an economic transfer not only from any aminosilane slide to Nexterion® Slide A+, but also from cDNA molecules and/or PCR products to longer oligonucleotides.
