The Pyrosequencing™ Vacuum Prep Tool is a hand-held sample preparation device specifically designed as a companion product to the PSQ™ HS 96A System - the 96-well format, medium to high-throughput SNP and mutation analysis solution from Pyrosequencing.

The sample preparation tool uses vacuum filtration to batch process 96 samples in a simple procedure that takes less than 15 minutes to perform. Pipetting is reduced to a minimum with only two pipetting steps needed to start and complete the process. The Vacuum Prep Tool is robust and reliable delivering time savings through an efficient bench-top workflow.
